Purpose for sale
1) I dont have sufficient time to maintain the website updated every single second day as I used to do and since I am undertaking a lot of well paid consulting work, it is not lucrative for me to invest time on the blog rather of doing client function.
2) I want to use the funds to develop a internet application. The profit from this auction would help me take a couple of days off so I can concentrate on building my app.
Traffic
Visitors has been around 800-1200/visitors day because I stopped posting two occasions a week. The website is heavily optimized for Seo and rank 1st in Google for a lot of its page which is exactly where most of the traffic comes from. If the new owner would invest some power in upping the post rate, visitors could effortlessly double (as it used to) or more.
Revenue
